Announcing the May Yoga Challenge!

It doesn’t matter what you wear to practice yoga. There is no uniform required. Just get on your mat. There is no right size, shape, age, gender or nationality to practice yoga. All that matters is that you get on your mat, breathe and do the practice. This months challenge is for those ready to start your yoga practice. You don’t need to be strong or flexible to start off, all you need is an open heart and a willingness to try. We designed this month’s challenge to be the perfect introduction for beginners to yoga, but we want ALL levels to join and share their practice.
To enter, tag some friends and repost this image. To enter each day share your practice of the challenge pose that day and tag your challenge hosts @beachyogagirl and @キノ・マクレガ― and #mayibeginyoga2015 so we all share in on the journey.
We will be giving away things that you need to support your yoga practice and the yoga lifestyle, including yoga mats & props, juices, practice videos, gift certificates and more. Winners will be chosen out of people who post and participate every day at the end of the month.
