Day 19 #DetoxYoBody is Natarajasana. For those of you who may have noticed I posted the wrong day just a few moments ago and deleted it after someone commented that it was the wrong day. This tells you two things: first, I am little sleepy, and second, I always read comments so I hope you know that I'm listening to you and love to hear your feedback and especially if I post the wrong day for our challenges or something else please tell me.
