Not every day feels like paradise. But some days do. Celebrate the good times but don't hold on to them. Observe the sad times but don't wallow in them. Don't let your life be defined by dramatic highs and devastating lows. There's no need to be in a competition for the best. Practice is a journey to the eternal, which is the same for us all. Life is a journey of love and there's no first place in love, love isn't a zero sum game with winners and losers, love is limitless.
