I woke up today feeling so blessed. Did you? We are all so blessed. I went through each moment of life today with a feeling of joy, happiness and peace. There are mini-miracles all around you. When you pray for something and it happens take the time to acknowledge and appreciate them. How you think is how you see the world. And just like the practice how you direct your gaze affects what you are focusing on. Your attention has the power to change your life. Be a conscious thinker and live your life on purpose.⚡️
