Some poses always feel hard. How about you? What's the asana that just never seems to get better for you? This one is like that for me. I can barely jump back after five deep breaths lifted up. ?

Day 10 is Purvattanasana. Sometimes known as Reverse Plank, this spinal extension is all about power in the pelvis. Send the hips up and forward, internally rotate the hip joins and internally rotate the shoulders. Keep the lower belly drawn deeply in and breathe into the chest to expand the upper back.
