People ask me all the time how I can afford to travel. I've been asked if my husband is a millionaire, if I'm a trust fund baby or a heiress. But the truth is an even bigger blessing. I get to share yoga with people all over the globe. I literally see the world through the eyes of yoga. Beautiful students from different cultures speaking different languages that all share one thing--a love of yoga! I am so honored and grateful to every student who joins my class. You are my inspiration, thank you. This practice can change the world because when you get on your mat you make your world a more peaceful place. I believe in big change, but I believe it starts one person at a time. Change happens when you decide to be nice to every single person you meet, especially when it's hard. Your heart opens when you decide to love every single person you meet, no matter where you are. ?
