Search the world for a perfect place and you won’t find it. Travel to the most remote spot and you’ve still got yourself with you. There is no place on earth you can escape from the reality of who you are. Geography changes circumstance and sometimes brings temporary shifts. But the truth is that you bring whatever peace you have in your heart and mind with you wherever you go.

Go within. All the answers you seek outside yourself are available in your heart. Seek the truth that lives and breathes in your spirit. All the validation and support you need are already lined up for you deep in the inner world.

And yet, none of us exist in a vacuum. We are not isolated disconnected beings. Instead, we live in interconnection and thrive on intimacy and closeness. But, if we operate from a paradigm that locates completion as something that happens externally, we will never be happy. Start from a paradigm of wholeness and then let that be the foundation for every connection.

Awakening the heart is twofold. First, as a personal journey of enlightenment. And then second, as a collective evolution of justice. Both are equally important and one cannot be done without the other.
