Don't miss your Monday workout! Add this exercise of the day and the others I've posted on SNAPCHAT! Make sure your elbows are pointed outward and not up to the sky. You don't want to lock your elbows either. Use your back to pull the weight up and add the leg raise to get some really good core engagement! You should feel this in your back. It is not a tricep exercise so make sure you keep your arms stiff and not letting your elbows or wrists bend to bring the weight up!
