Leg and shoulder burnout!!! You don't need to use a plate with this if you don't want to hit shoulders! Exercise 1: cross step-ups. You should feel this on the out side of your thighs. Make sure you are driving up through your heel and bringing your knee up and twisting your torso slot engage your core! Exercise 2: hop overs! Jump as high as you can. You want to explode at the top. Exercise 3: (from @bjgaddour )side transition lunges with a forward press. Make sure you stay in yours heels and don't lean forward.
