ABS! These two exercise BURN! On the top exercise, pull your belly button in when you bring your elbow to your knee. If you haven't built up the balance yet to hold a plank on one hand and one foot, you can modify this exercise by dropping to one knee or keeping both hands on the ground and bring your knee to your chest. On the bottom exercise, use a med ball and squeeze it with your forearm and thigh to hold it in place. This will engage your core on that side. Do a single leg raise with your other leg. Make sure you keep your shoulders off the ground the entire time!
