TAG SOMEONE TO THIS 7 MINUTE CHALLENGE! Start with 2 up right rows straight into 2 over head squats. Add 1 rep each time with no rest. 2 upright rows-2OH squats, 3upright rows- 3OH squats, 4upright rows - 4 OH squats and so on until 7 minutes is up!! You're going to want to go light on this challenges because your shoulders are going to die!
