Day 13 #backtobackbends is Upward Facing Dog. This backbend sets up the technique for much deeper poses so take the time to work step by step. Rotate the hips internally, activate the quads, lift the ribs away from the hips and stabilize the arms. Slow the sternum to rise and the chest rolls forward.
