Day 11 #backtobackbends is Purvattanasana. To enter the pose send the hips up and forward while keeping the belly drawn in. Roll the shoulders forward in internal rotation and lift the chest and sternum up. Draw the thighs towards each other and internally rotate the hips. Check my YouTube channel for lots of tutorials.
