Day 23 #mayibeginyoga2015 is Ardha Matsyendrasana. The depth of this twist comes from hollowing out the pelvis as you enter. Fold your torso around the thigh while allowing an internal rotation of the hip. Stabilize the pose by keeping both sitting bones on the ground. Check my YouTube channel for full tutorials.
