Day 14 #BeStrongin2015 is Samanasana, the Posture dedicated to balancing the Samana Prana, which resides in the middle of the abdomen. Surprising hard this posture tests your alignment in side plank and external hip rotation. Since you ideally balance on the blade of your arm there is little margin of error. But the good news is that if you fall you’re already on the ground so you’ll just roll over to the side. Check my YouTube channel for tutorials for all levels.
