Day 11 #BeStrongin2015 is Jumping Through. Start off in downward dog and step or jump the feet forward, crossing at the ankles.  Keep the wrists flat and wiggle or float your feet through. Stabilize the muscles of the shoulder girdle and use your core for stability. Be patient—this took me a really long time! Check my YouTube channel for step-by-step tutorials for all levels.
