There's a swing attached to these monkey bars and Arna is SO obsessed with it! She laughs hysterically when I push her on it and then starts crying as soon as I stop. It's impossible to get her off it. 😂 #BBGmums, can you relate?! Haha.

Each Sweat Challenge I always set myself a new goal and even though Arna is so young right now and doesn’t understand what the challenge is or what my goals are, I LOVE that she's able to watch me being active, working out at home and leading a healthy lifestyle. She always laughs and claps when I finish my workouts, so I feel like she is going to be my biggest supporter when she learns to talk, haha. 😍⁣

It is so important to me to set a good example for Arna. I'm SO excited to see if she will want to set her own goals, I can't wait to hear what they are and help her achieve them!

There are so many #BBG mums in the Sweat Challenge and I’m always so inspired and motivated when I see them setting goals for themselves and scheduling in time to work out, while also raising their kids. #BBGmums, do your kids understand what your goals are?
