THE SWEAT CHALLENGE STARTS TOMORROW! 💪💪 Let's goooo!
SO many women have registered and I can't even describe how PUMPED I am!! Six weeks of working out together, creating healthy habits, and smashing our goals starts TOMORROW! 🙌

So, who's ready to challenge themselves?! Before we get started with the @Sweat Challenge tomorrow, I want to remind you ladies that a "challenge" is going to mean something different for every single one of you, so I want you to treat this journey as your OWN. Don't compare your goals, progress or achievements to anyone else's because we are all at different stages in our health and fitness journeys, and we have different lifestyles and levels of experience.

What's important is that you push YOURSELF. I want you to test your limits, whatever that means for YOU. When you test yourself and prove to yourself that you CAN achieve a goal, that's when you will feel a sense of empowerment that you can use to motivate you longterm. It doesn't matter what you achieve, it matters that you worked hard and pushed through something that challenges you (whether it challenges you physically or mentally). That is how you will grow.
