When you look at a big, tall staircase it can feel really daunting. You might think: “I could never climb something that high” and then walk away. BUT, if you just focus on climbing ONE step in front of you, it becomes much easier to achieve. You can take the staircase one stair at a time, and just see how far you can go. This means that you'll get WAY further than you would have if you just gave up at the beginning.   You can apply this to the @Sweat Challenge, too. If you think of the challenge as a big six-week commitment, for many women it could seem daunting or unachievable. Instead, I want you to take this challenge day by day. Think about what you want to achieve each DAY, rather than over the whole challenge. Break down your goals so that they are small, achievable, and really specific - and they will become MUCH less daunting. 🙌  Also, remember to celebrate every small achievement that you make over the course of the challenge. Each step that you take is a big deal, so treat it like one! Every workout that you do is helping you to become the strongest and most confident version of yourself, and that is MASSIVE!
