WHY THE SWEAT CHALLENGE IS PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS
Ladies who else is as excited as I am for the Challenge starting on MONDAY?! 🙌

I want EVERYONE to be able to participate in the Sweat Challenge, so that’s why I’ve created two options to choose from - ‘Challenge Me’ or ‘Starting Out’ - in my BBG Challenge program. The ‘Starting Out’ option is perfect for anyone who is new to my BBG programs, or who is just starting out on their fitness journey. Throughout the six-week challenge you will be able to create a routine you can stick to, build long lasting and sustainable habits so you can continue on your fitness journey, and become the best version of YOURSELF.

Today I’m going to show you a few exercises you can expect to see in the ‘Starting Out’ workouts with zero equipment, as well as some exercises you’ll be doing if you chose the equipment option. Let’s do this. 💪

Zero Equipment:

✅ Squat & Reach - 10 reps
✅ Rocking Chair - 12 reps
✅ Side Plank (Knees) - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅ Push-Up Knees - 10 reps
✅ Glute Bridge Walkout - 12 reps

Equipment:

✅ Goblet Squat - 10 reps
✅ Shoulder Press - 12 reps
✅ Four-Point Arm & Leg Extension - 16 reps
✅ Chest Press - 10 reps
✅ Glute Bridge - 12 reps
