Tracking your progress is a great way to keep yourself motivated on your health and fitness journey. When you notice yourself making progress, you will feel a sense of empowerment, which can give you an extra boost of confidence and motivation to keep going. That’s why it’s SO important to track your progress during the Sweat Challenge!

Progress can mean many different things to different people depending on what your goals are. Through the challenge, you can make physical, mental and emotional progress - and there are different ways to track each type!

Seeing the progress that the #SweatCommunity makes throughout each challenge is one of my favourite parts! It makes me SO proud to see you all becoming physically, mentally and emotionally stronger and building healthy habits over the six weeks of the challenge. 💪
