With SO many women doing the challenge together, there is always going to be someone there to support you and hold you accountable, which can REALLY help you to stay motivated. I am also going to be here to motivate you by doing live workouts, connecting with the rest of the Sweat trainers and instructors on IG Live, and posting helpful tips, recovery workouts, and giving you everything you need at every step of the way.   SO, how do you actually set a goal? This is my advice:  👉 Make it a specific goal. Instead of saying "I want to get stronger" you could say: "I want to do three resistance workouts per week, plus a challenge workout, to build my strength" 👉 Make it an achievable goal. If you are totally new to training, set a goal that is realistic to you rather than rushing ahead. If your goal is unattainable or too challenging, you will probably feel disappointed and lose motivation when you don't achieve it.  👉 Actually WRITE DOWN your plan for how you are going to achieve your goal. Use the planner in @Sweat to book your workouts in, and this will help you to stick to your plan and stay on track to achieve your goal.  MY GOAL: I want to increase my lower-body strength. Leg workouts have always been my least favourite type of training (personal preference), so I've always been more focussed on arms and abs workouts, or full body ones. But this challenge, I am going to complete one leg workout per week, and do an extra express legs workout once or twice a week too! I will book these workouts in each week and write down exactly when I will be doing them in the @Sweat planner. I'm so excited to see how much progress I can make - I will make sure I keep you all updated on how I'm going!  What is your goal for this Sweat Challenge?
