During this time, I keep forgetting to take time out to look after myself and I bet so many of you can relate. I want you to remember that it's important to look after yourself too. So if you can, try and make sure you take some time out for yourself this week.   Taking time out for yourself will mean something different to all of us. Some of us think of "me time" as doing a workout or going for a walk, others might like to read a book, take a bath, or watch an episode on Netflix.  Also remember that even a short amount of time looking after yourself can make a big difference to your mental health. For me, doing a short workout, even if it's in my garage, can completely change my day (I did that this morning and I feel so much better).   So #BBGcommunity, I know that it's easy to put your own needs last when so much is going on, but try and make your health a priority when you can this holiday season!
