Ladies, yesterday I asked you a question on my stories: "How did you feel after your first ever workout?"

These were the most common answers that I got back:

I wanted to share all of these answers with you ladies so that you know that if you felt one of these things, you are NOT alone! As you can see, there is HUGE variety in the way people feel after their first workouts. If you are a beginner right now and you feel uncomfortable in the gym or working out, I want you to know that your feelings are completely normal. Once you build your confidence and strength, you will experience these feelings less and less. 💪
