DEVELOP YOUR GLUTES (BUM)
Ladies, let’s talk about the glutes! While building your glutes might be a common fitness trend right now, they are actually a lot more important than you might think. Not only do the glutes make up the LARGEST muscle group in your WHOLE body, but your glutes also help to support your hamstrings, lower back, core, and pelvis.

In a previous post I have mentioned that while you cannot spot reduce (lose fat) from one specific area on your body, you can work to strengthen and grow the muscles in that area. The good news ladies, is that there ARE effective exercises you can do at home to strengthen your glutes.

Here is a full workout that is great for targeting your glutes. 🙌

✅Double-Pulse Sumo Squat - 12 reps
✅Curtsy Lunge - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅Single-Leg Glute Bridge - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅Glute Bridge Walkout - 12 reps
✅Lateral Lunge & Knee up - 24 reps (12 per side)

Complete 3-4 laps!
