I just focus on ADDING more healthy and nourishing food into my day. I love that it's summer in Australia right now, because it means I have so much fresh fruit and vegetables ready to eat from my garden! I've got cucumbers, tomatoes and nectarines growing at the moment, so I'll be adding them to my meals. They are sooo delicious.  If you are exercising more than normal, then you might need to eat more food to make sure you have enough energy for your workouts. You should ensure that you are eating enough to fuel your workouts and your daily life. I always recommend a balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables! Don't restrict yourself from food that you love during this time, just keep it balanced. We are trying to create sustainable habits that will last long term, so make choices that you will be able to keep up when we finish this challenge. 💪  Here are some of my tips for healthy eating:  ✅ Add a fresh side salad (like this one) to your meals. ✅ Rather than getting takeaway (or take out), try to make your food at home when you can. ✅ Include as much variety in your diet as possible. ✅ Choose water rather than sugary soft drinks.
