Sweat Challenge Week One - ARMS AND ABS GYM WORKOUT!
I know some of you ladies prefer to work out in the gym using gym equipment, so each week I’m going to be filming a gym version of a Sweat Challenge "Challenge Me" workout for you! If you love the gym and you're lucky enough to have access to one at the moment, you can definitely still do my BBG Challenge - just make modifications to suit you. 💪

Here's the "Challenge Me" Arms and Abs workout modified for the gym! You will need the following equipment:

👉Ab Wheel
👉Cable Machine
👉Chin-Up Bar
👉Bench

Circuit 1:

✅Ab Rollout - 30 sec
✅Chest Press - 30 sec
✅Bent & Straight-Leg Raise - 30 sec
✅Copenhagen Plank 60 sec (30 per side)

Circuit 2:

✅Commando - 30 sec
✅Face Pull - 30 sec
✅Wood Chop - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅Oblique Crunch - 30 sec

Complete 2 laps of each circuit!
