There's a lot that's unsettled right now. Some small stuff and some super big stuff. Every day I tell myself to be stronger, to take one more step, even if I can't see what's next. I speak the language of faith and train my inner dialogue to be firm in belief. I stand my ground. It's all I can do right now.

Sometimes you need just enough faith to take one more step. You don't need to see the whole path, you don't need to know where it ends. All you need is enough courage to walk that little bit further. It may seem scary to step into the unknown, but as soon as you decide to believe in yourself everything else starts to take shape.

There are sad, heartbreaking things all around me. But there's also a lot of the substance dreams are made of, equal parts grace and grit. Like how I went out to get some air after a difficult conversation and saw a giant heron just chilling on the street by a canal. Or how filming for @omstarsofficial all over the world and with so many new teachers is a dream come true and lots of work. And I am especially filled with gratitude and wonder when I think about the blessing to teach and share yoga with so many beautiful souls all over the world. When I looked out at the students today here in Amsterdam I was enveloped in something magical. The energy was palpable, I could feel hearts opening, minds expanding and maybe also some muscles burning (in a good way!). I've been so touched by so many messages from you telling me how much of a difference I make in your life. I am listening. I hear you. I see you. I feel the love. Thank you ?
