Long exhale. When the dust settles, when you find balance, when you realize it's on you now, when you understand that you have exactly what you need, when you accept that you are strong enough, then you finally see just how much tenacity it takes to get things done. Ok, let's do this, let's climb the highest mountain. I don't need to best anyone to get to the top, it's not a competition, we're in this together and you can count on me because I'm not going to quit until everything that I dream has come true. My faith is that strong. It just has to be.

Day 29 is Sirsasana, Headstand. The process it took me to learn this pose was one of persistent failure. I tumbled and fell over and over again. But each time I got up and tried again I chose strength over victimhood, faith over fear and one day I found that perfect spot of balance. And my life changed, not because I was in a headstand, but because I learned how to face failure and pick up the pieces and start again. Change your perspective, change your life.
