Day 11 #JourneytoHandstand is Kicking Up with One Leg. Keeping the knee of the bent leg into your chest makes balancing easier and prevents from falling over. When you kick up don't kick with too much force or else you'll topple forward. But kick with enough force to send the hips up and forward and stack the straight leg along the vertical. For the challenge just catch a little air and don't worry about the full handstand. Focus on the technique and keep the bent knee tucked into your chest.
