Day 24 Happy Baka, Sukha Balasana. This hip opener is one of the best preps for deep external rotations that lead to legs behind the head. There are four variations that are useful. First bend the knees at ninety degrees with the sacrum on the floor. Second, keep the knees at ninety degrees and lift the hips while pulling on the feet until the knees go down. Third, settle the hips back down and make a diamond shape with your legs by bringing the soles of the feet together in front of your forehead.
