Day 23 #shesgotlegs is Tittibhasana, Firefly posture. In traditional Ashtanga this is the posture that never ends. It's an arm balance, a hip opener, a quad strengthener, am endurance test and so much more. For the challenge feel welcome to do only a part, but here's a tip: while the arm balance is easy and fun, it's really the sliding of the torso between the thighs in the binding option that will help you get your legs behind your head.
