Day 20 #shesgotlegs is Kurmasana, Tortoise Posture. To enter the posture slide your torso between your thighs by releasing the back and shoulders forward and pulling the hips back and down. The legs are ideally just slightly wider than shoulder width apart, be careful not to go too wide with the legs or else you might compromise your hamstrings or back muscles. Once you stretch your arms back actively squeeze your thighs towards your torso and press back with your shoulders to protect your collar bone. This is a huge step forward in getting the legs behind the head so take your time and work on this posture with careful attention. It could take years to truly master, be patient.
