Day 19 #shesgotlegs is Upavistha Konasana. Spread your legs as wide apart as your shoulder girdle will permit when holding the outside of the feet. Don't pull, let gravity do the work as you keep the pelvic floor engaged. First put the forehead down, then the shoulders and finally the chest. Sliding the torso between the thighs helps deepen the external rotation of the hips that will move you closer to getting the legs behind the head.
