Day 22 #shesgotlegs is Astavakrasana, or Eight Angle Pose. To enter the posture use yesterday’s pose as a prep to enter from the lifted up position. Or set up from seated and hook the bent knee around the shoulder towards the outside, lift the other leg along the inside and cross the feet. Next lean forward to lift your hips while locking your feet to keep them up. Once the hips are up bend your elbows to lean forward like Chaturanga Dandasana while at the same time keep your core strong to maintain the lift through the hips.
