Anchored Weighted Sit-Ups
Anchor your feet with two heavy dumbbells and hold a weight on your chest. Choose a challenging load that still allows you to get all the repetitions in.
3 sets
20 weighted sit-ups
directly into
40 unweighted abs pulse
rest 90 sec between set
Note: Once the 20 repetitions are done, drop the load and execute 40 pulse where you stay under tension all the way through. Enjoy the burn and record load used.
