Your back is a control center for the rest of your body, so it’s crucial to take care of it and increase its strength to make for a strong life. 👍🏼
Try this one to really hone in on your back muscles:
✅Rack Pull
Set 1: 15 reps
Set 2: 12 reps
Set 3: 10 reps
Set 4: 10 reps
Set 5: 10 reps
Set 6: 30 reps
Note: have the arms about knee height and try to go for heavy load. Keep your back arched and drive through your heels. Record heaviest load used!
✅Landmine Bent Over Row
5 sets
12 reps with a pause at the top
rest 1-2 minutes between
Note: build up in load each set.
Finish with
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Bent over row
Sec hold at the top
Note: the goal is to get all reps and load in without putting the bar down. Do 10 reps immediately into 10 sec hold directly into 9 reps… until 1-1
✅ strict pull-ups
2 sets
Max banded strict pull-ups
Rest 2 minutes between
Note: choose an option that allows you to get 20 reps without stopping. Make sure your body stay still through the movement (no Kipling) and arch a little bit at the top to really get into your back.
