1️⃣ SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT
3 Sets:
8 Reps (each leg) Single Leg DB Deadlift with a 3 second negative
Rest 1 min between sets
2️⃣ DEADLIFT
Set 1 : 15 reps light
Set 2 : 12 reps
Set 3 : 10 reps
Set 4 : 8 Reps
Set 5 : 8 Reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets
3️⃣STEP UP SUPERSET
3 sets:
💜10 high step-ups (each side) with a 5 sec negative
Directly into
💜30 banded hamstring curls
Rest 1 min or less between sets. Build up in weight for the step-up, and respect the tempo 👏
