Start light and build to a heavy load.
Set 1: 15 tempo reps (2 sec down/ 2 sec up)
Set 2: 12 reps with double contraction at the top
Set 3: 10 Heavy reps with 3 sec down
Set 4: 10 Heavy reps with 3 sec down
Set 5: 10 Heavy reps with 1 sec pause at the top, drop 30% load directly into max repetitions
Rest 2 min between sets
2️⃣GOOD MORNING + HIP THRUST HOLD
3 SETS
12 staggered good morning each leg

30 sec frog hip thrust hold
Rest 60 sec between sets
3️⃣SUMO SQUAT MARATHON
Start light 🥵 this baby burns
10 SETS
20 feet elevated sumo squat
