...continue with 3+3, 2+2, 1+1...
(One set is 30 total reps)
Rest 2:00 between sets

2️⃣ SUPERSET: PULL OVER + PULL UP

3 sets
20 dumbbells Pull Overs
into
10 wide grip pull-up with a 3 sec negative (scale to jumping pull-up negatives)
Rest 90 Seconds between sets

3️⃣ SUPERSET: HANG CLEAN + HOLD

3 sets
25 hang power clean
into
60 sec front rack hold walk
rest 1-2 minutes between sets
