💥 5 habits that may disrupt hormonal optimization

Women deal with a lot already, but hormones that change as we grow and age are another major thing thrown into the mix. Weight gain is more sudden, self confidence is drained, and we have no idea why because we just consider it “being a woman”.

Launching ourselves into
working out too much, caffeine overdoses, bad habits and a deep, constant caloric deficit
change those hormones even further. I had to figure out how to balance my hormones naturally in a way that promotes a healthier lifestyle overall, a way that evolves with me.

Understanding macronutrients helps immensely when you realize that fat and carbs aren’t BAD for you if they’re used properly in a way that turns into fuel for your body. 🔥 Working out just to say you did it isn’t enough, you have to exercise in a way that benefits your physical and mental health. Timing, balance, and commitment are a trio of winners! There is no need to suffer in a body you feel lost inside of, and there is a way to change that!

Fat and carbs shouldn’t be feared but they should be respected! They have a place and a reason but shouldn’t be overly consumed especially if refined. 👍🏻
