Proof you can eat sweets on a fitness journey. This one is definitely a favorite from our Win in the Kitchen cookbook! 🫶🏻

🍫 Ingredients:
1 scoop (30g) chocolate whey protein powder
2 tbsp. whole wheat pastry flour
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. applesauce
1 egg
1 banana, mashed
2 tsp. sugar-free chocolate chips, optional

🍽️ Method:
Coat the insides of two single-serve microwave- safe bowls with nonstick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips until the mixture looks like a smooth cake batter. Divide between the prepared bowls, top with chocolate chips (if using), and microwave for 1 minute.

SERVES 2
