Some advice from Camille:
➡️Choose a variation of the toes to bar that you can complete in 3 sets or less.
➡️Aim to keep the pace on the run the same throughout the workout to maintain intensity.
➡️Choose a KB weight that you can hold onto without having to put down the weight more than once.
Scale up:
Increase KB weight
Scale down:
3 Rounds
Sub Toes to Bar: toes as high as possible, hanging knee raise, v ups
Sub KB Swing: reduce weight, Russian Swings (eye height)
