What would you do if you were fake strolling through a jungle for a video, then you look over and see a Silverback gorilla? 🦍😬 You know my answer…I immediately grabbed the camera so I could make a video of him! 😂 Although I’ve seen Silverbacks charge (right next to me, never at me), I’m still surprisingly not afraid of them, and always cherish the one hour I get to spend with them on these intense treks. Gorilla trekking is actually one of my top 5 travel experiences that I’ve done so far, and I’d highly recommend doing it! ….preferably on my last gorilla group trip next year 😂 EDIT: I forgot that wearing a face mask triggers some people for some weird reason….in case you’re wondering why I’m wearing one, it is MANDATORY by the national parks to wear one around gorillas since they can catch human diseases which could easily kill them off.
