アリサ・ラモスさんのインスタグラム動画 - (アリサ・ラモスInstagram)「Never knew it would be the men leaving hater comments after I posted about freezing my eggs in Spain for less than $4k bc I’m still unsure if or when I wanna have a baby yet 😂 But from what I’ve learned from you all (including positive male feedback), is that in the ancient times including as recently as 2016 (or whenever social media was born) men saw impregnating a woman as a form of power and duty to spread thy seed. But now women are like, actually, we are powerful too, and successful, and independent, and maybe we want to live our lives childfree a little longer before committing our entire lives to another human. And then they’re spreading this message on social media and normalizing these thoughts, making others realize we now have the option to be more than just a baby maker in our younger years. I actually always thought men would like this, since I haven’t encountered many who were eager to have babies young (until recently…) but there’s still quite a few who are really upset about it! I personally find the comments hilarious and a bit embarrassing (for them), but I do want to mention these were the only 6 negative comments out of around 200 positive ones! I’ve also heard that around 50 women reached out to the fertility clinic I used (info on my blog) and so far 5 have gone to Barcelona for the procedure! 💪 Freezing your eggs isn’t guaranteed to give you a baby later, but I’d rather have a fraction of a possibility than have a child too soon! Also to anyone experiencing hater comments about your personal reproductive, I highly advise you have a glass of wine and laugh…bc they’re prob typing that while changing dirty diapers and never leaving the house. 😁🥂 Anyone else have input on why men get angry about this?
