When I first met these young artists and entrepreneurs, I couldn’t stop thinking about how they are just like me, minus the extreme advantage of where I was born. My grandparents fled, and theirs didn’t. I got the privilege of being born in the US, with access to anything I need to become successful, and they don’t. So I would like you to hear their stories about what it’s like living in Cuba and trying to become an artist or entrepreneur. Hear what they say is “the real Cuba” and compare it to what you’ve heard!
