It was my birthday, and we celebrated in Havana. Originally, I just wanted to go to the Tropicana, but it is currently closed, so @havana_reverie asked what else I wanted to do, and all I said is "Idk, salsa dance?" 🤣💃🏼 WELL! The morning started out with me walking out of my room at @lola.habana to a homemade cake and everyone singing, but we were switching hotels, so I carried it with me in the car (photo 1) . Then it was brunch, pool, and massage before the actual party... . Since the guest list included Havana's top (young) artists and influencers, I decided to dress "casual cool", with an outfit that got more compliments on here than my typical dresses haha! . Anyway, I was surprised with a rooftop salsa class and session and everyone danced the night away! . Which led to me sweating, and with a microphone (which I sang Spice Girls in since the DJ didn't have it), and then magically, I got another cake!!! I haven't had an actual bday cake in like 8 years so getting two was extremely exciting! They even put little dominos on it! . Sooo yeah, that was epic! One of my best birthdays ever for sure! . Now to relax and enjoy local life here! I'm looking forward to showing you the reality of the way the people live here, and to explain why Havana is stuck in a time capsule (waiting until after I leave for those posts) .
