Obviously first is the time I met Santa's reindeer, and got to feed them, and quickly learned that antlers can accidentally stab you in the face! . This was in the Arctic circle in Trømso, Norway where I have gone twice now to chase the Northern Lights (I saw them both times bc I go with professional light chasers!)! . The reindeer farm is one of the last working ones of the indigenous people from this region! Originally, they farm them for meat and their coats, but now that tourism provides way more money to see them alive, they tend to just be for show now! Plus the local people also get their reindeer fed for free on a daily basis! 🤪 . Once the world is normal again I'm def going back here! . Anyone have reindeer and Northern Lights on their bucketlist?!
