What a wonderful start to the week with such glorious sunshine and good vibes! I’m bouncing my way into this week with so many goals, enthusiasm and energy because life is schweeeet! Sunshine will always follow a storm, there is light at the end of every tunnel and nothing (even suffering) can last forever. So be in this moment, have faith, laugh, love and live every day to the fullest. How blessed we are to have yet another day to make a positive difference to our lives and those around us. Today I stopped whilst driving to allow a young family to cross the road safely on a busy road and after I’ve finished my morning workout I’m going to donate some food to the local dogs trust to help animals in need. I’ll finish up my morning with a spot of sunbathing and reading in the garden to boost my vitamin D and mind before cracking on with work and family this afternoon.
