So when we think about getting fit and healthy we should start with looking at the foods that we consume. Not only is junk, convenience and fast food unhealthy for us, it’s also unnecessarily costly and leads to crashes in sugar levels which in turn make us tired and so cravings for more sugar are heightened and the vicious cycle continues. If you want to make a difference to your life then eat fresh, eat clean, go organic and try a little more fruit and vegetables each day, one bite at a time.
